Research Interests

Utilizing a suite of structural bioinformatics tools we investigate the structures and interactions of various disease relevant biomolecules, with a focus on cancer. Methods include homology modelling and molecular docking.

Current projects:

Modelling the structure and interactions of the oncogenic protein tyrosine phosphatase Shp2.

The role of oestrogen-like compounds secreted by the parasite S. Haematobium in bladder cancer.
