Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) is Europe’s leading programme helping businesses improve their competitiveness and productivity through the better use of knowledge, technology and skills. Businesses of all sizes can take part, from micro-businesses and SMEs to charities, social organisations and large enterprises.
How it works:
- You choose a project that will help develop your organisation.
- We provide a high-calibre graduate, who is known as an Associate.
- We provide full support and joint supervision of the Associate throughout the duration of the project.
- You might choose a short partnership of ten to forty weeks or a longer partnership of between one and three years.
- The government part-funds these Knowledge Transfer Partnerships, cutting your costs considerably.
