Knowledge Transfer Partnerships
Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) is Europe's leading programme helping businesses improve their competitiveness and productivity through the better use of knowledge, technology and skills. KTP is supported by a government grant covering up to 60% of the project costs. Businesses of all sizes can take part, from micro-businesses and SMEs to charities, social organisations and large enterprises.
How it works:
- You develop a project that will help to bring stategic benefit to your organisation with academic input.
- Recruitment of a high-calibre graduate who is known as an Associate.
- Joint supervision of the Associate throughout the duration of the project and management support.
- You might choose a short partnership of ten to forty weeks or a longer partnership of between one and three years.
