Bioinformatics Analysis of Crystallins

Digital Information Research Centre

This collaborative project between Kingston University (computing & life science) and Wroclaw University of Technology (Poland) conducts bioinformatics analysis of eye lens proteins (crystallins) to gain insight about human cataract. Research focuses on their optical properties and aggregation process.
