Development of novel methods for the rapid detection of antibiotic resistant bacteria.
Total synthesis of nitrogen containing bioactive natural products.
Investigation of novel nitrone cyclisations for the rapid synthesis of complex molecular scaffolds for pharmaceutical library generation and bioactivity screening.
