Prof. Souheil Khaddaj

Professor Souheil Khaddaj leads the Component and Distributed Systems Research Group (CODIS) at the School of Computer Science and Mathematics, Kingston University. His research interests include distributed computing and service oriented technologies such as Cloud Computing and SOA. He has been involved in software development using novel technologies for numerous scientific and business applications, which range from scientific simulation to semantic services. His research interests also include advanced software engineering techniques for enterprise and service oriented computing, and building meta-quality assurance frameworks for use within the software development arena. Professor Khaddaj has been involved, as principal or co-investigator, in over 50 national and international research projects and various industrial partnerships. He also chaired a large number of international conferences and workshops. He has been a keynote speaker at many national and international conferences and he has supervised to completion over 25 PhD projects. Professor Khaddaj has authored/co-authored over 200 technical papers and he has also edited/co-edited a number of books and special issues.
